Their ube pancakes are, dare I say, the best thing I've ever eaten. Like you, I went on Yelp to get some recommendations before eating there and came across reviews commending their ube pancakes and- they live up to the hype so well. Again, the ube pancakes might be the best thing I've ever consumed. They were fluffy and flavorful, the perfect pancake- and I don't even like ube. You need to get this, it's amazing. If you don't like ube, at least try some kind of their pancakes. Service was great too, and not much lines. Ambience was great, the space was aesthetically pleasing. Awesome breakfast place.

What a find of a breakfast place in Las Vegas! Located at a strip mall at the end of the mall BabyStacks doesn't disappoint if you're looking for an affordable brunch place that will leave you full and satisfied! The staff is fun and helpful. They answered all our questions and made our dining experience well worth it. The restaurant is clean and well lit but can get a bit noisy if it's packed, which can be pretty often! The food is excellent! Almost all the dishes can come with with their signature "baby stack" pancakes which is like a smaller pancake and all three baby stacks we tried were all tasty! There are a lot of Filipino dishes here too. The adobo omelette was filling and well seasoned. This will be our first place to come eat when we land in Las Vegas on every trip!

The food was good until I got to my pancakes and they were raw in the middle. Otherwise it was really good.

We ordered: Strawberry Guava Pancakes Banana Foster Pancakes Ube Pancakes Lolo Rick's Adobo Fried Rice Sisig Plate Loco Moco Pancakes were fluffy , tasted as advertised, and delicious overall. Garlic rice could be more garlicky but still tasty and cooked properly. Loco Moco is the best I've had to-date. Only weak dish was their signature adobo fried rice - eggs and shredded chicken dry and overall bland. Service was slow. Decent amount of seating inside. Better to get here earlier in the day than later because it gets very busy.

Wasn't too crowded when we went on a Sunday morning. Everything was great and making a decision on what to get on the menu is the hardest part lol.

Amazing place to grab breakfast/brunch. We will stop by again to try more of their pancakes. Ube Pancakes 5/5: We LOVED the ube pancakes. It was very rich in flavor. It also wasn't overly sweet. Red Velvet Pancakes 5/5: They're known for these pancakes and I get it. These were really good. You need to have a little bit of the whip with eat bite to add the right amount of sweetness and moisture. Portuguese Fried Rice 5/5: This was soo good. Jam packed with flavor and had good char. Chili Moco 4/5. Not bad, but we prefer the loco moco over this version. Kalua Pork Benedict 5/5: The pork had great smokey flavor and you get a good helping on each slice. It's probably one of the better benedicts we've had

If you are looking for a tasty place for breakfast, don't skip on this place. This is one of my top go to places. Everything is so good and delicious. The portions are generous and service has always been great. I usually opt for the kabli with garlic fried rice, that's my favorite dish. My girlfriend tried the loco moco and it was also a hit. This place gets busy so expect some wait, but it's totally worth it.

We arrived late on a Thursday afternoon and were quickly greeted and sat. They dropped some waters and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu (although I knew what I wanted, but it was my girlfriend's first time). I ordered the loco moco and upgraded to the garlic rice and she ordered the basic breakfast with buttermilk pancakes. The loco moco was fantastic as always and the pancakes (even though they were the plain buttermilk ones) were perfect. They're known for their pancakes and the many variations they create. Another great experience and we'll be back.
